Stop Light Meditation

  1. While waiting at a light, use this as a “gift” moment to re-center your mind.

  2. Take your hands off the wheel for a moment.

  3. Place them in on your lap. Or, consciously reposition them.

  4. Notice your back against the seat and how your feet feel against the floor.

  5. Breathing in 3 times, inhaling through your nose, exhaling through your mouth.

  6. When the light changes, reposition your hands again. or put them back on the steering wheel.

Be mindful of the moment!
